The idea behind neptunprogramm.de is to provide experienced employees, particularly in SMEs, with the know-how they need to better master the specific challenges of digitalisation and automation projects for business processes.
Key questions on the respective course topic are answered in videos and supplemented by numerous practical examples. If you put the answers together like a jigsaw puzzle, you will get a clear overall picture.
As bonus material, there are immediately usable work aids that promote the transfer of knowledge into your own professional practice.
The courses are naturally linked in terms of content, but they do not build directly on each other.
In principle, you do not need any prior theoretical knowledge for the courses. What you need above all is professional experience, awareness of the processes involved in your work, openness to all topics relating to digital transformation and a willingness to learn.
The video material in each course has an average duration of 60 minutes. This is in addition to the time you take to work through and implement the content.
The content is a cross-section of our own many years of professional experience, discussions with experts and our own research.
After purchasing the course, you will receive the access data for the course material. You decide when, where and for how long you want to watch the videos. Each course contains at least 15 videos with an average duration of 4 minutes. This can be watched in one go or in instalments.
After paying for the course, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. You can use this link to access the course content at any time and from anywhere, provided you have a stable internet connection. It is not permitted to pass on your access data to third parties.
You will have access to the purchased course material for 12 months from the date of purchase. All updates and supplements will also be made available to you.
Live dates are not part of the courses offered by neptunprogramm.de.
This course is not an online course subject to authorisation within the meaning of the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG). There is no 'learning success control'. This means that one of the standard requirements for the necessary accreditation or recognition by professional associations is not met.

There are currently no plans to set up a community. In terms of content, it is mostly about confidential topics; these naturally do not belong in the public domain.
We do not offer additional resources for further learning. We occasionally draw attention to publications.
Everyday life is the best indicator of your progress: if you suddenly perceive work content or conversations in your professional environment differently and develop a better understanding of the context, you have obviously made progress. We cannot give you this feedback as part of the course.
neptunprogramm.de is not an official educational institution. Therefore, the Federal Employment Agency, for example, cannot issue education vouchers for our programme.
Compiling the content takes much longer for thematic beginners than purchasing and viewing the course. Even the consulting hour of a junior consultant costs more - and they will not be able to convey this wealth of content to you in the same amount of time.
They decide whether the course is worth the price.
No.
neptunprogramm.de is not an officially authorised training provider. We are therefore not authorised to issue certificates.
We will be happy to issue you with a certificate of attendance on request.
Dissatisfaction arises above all when one's own expectations are not met. We create maximum transparency before the purchase decision is made in order to give you confidence in your decision.
The neptunprogramm.de concept is based on a great deal of knowledge, experience and passion. Every participant should be able to take away something new for themselves - unless they themselves are experts in the topics covered by neptunprogramm.de.
If it does not suit you, we will find a solution.
If you would like to purchase an employee access package for your company, please get in touch with us via our contact address. You will then receive a customised offer.
The Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) will come into force in summer 2025. This is intended to promote inclusion in the area of digital media and the internet. The requirements have already been implemented to a large extent; further adjustments will follow. Suggestions are always welcome.
There are no interactive elements such as quizzes, surveys and the like. This would contradict the aim of imparting tried-and-tested knowledge in as compact a form as possible in terms of time and content. The main focus of neptunprogramm.de is on understanding and the practical realisation of the content.
The videos have the file format MP4; bonus materials are provided in PDF format.
The contents are regularly checked for any need for updating and, if necessary, adapted or expanded.
